ICAP

DCHS Parents,

This year we will completing an ICAP with all of our students. ICAP is a way that we introduce students to careers by allowing them to discover their interests, and explore different interests by taking surveys and completing other activities. This does not in anyway designate a student to a particular career path, or change anything regarding their graduation.

Instead, this individualized career and academic plan (ICAP), should allow students the opportunity to research careers, salaries, and colleges. Some students will have the opportunity to create a resume and prep for a job interview.

Each student has the ability to access their ICAP outside of school and they are allowed to take advantage of this resource, in fact we encourage it!
